Ecommoy
This secluded country property lies just fifteen minutes south of Le Mans near Ecommoy and has extensive attractive grounds. Beautifully and tastefully furnished throughout the six large bedrooms can accommodate up to twelve guests in style. The entrance hall, staircase and gallery are a particular feature along with two very comfortable lounges.

Accommodation comprises of a twin bedroom 1 and double bedded room 2 on the ground floor sharea large bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor Bedroom 4 can be either a twin or a double and has space to sit and relax in. Like all the 1st floor rooms it has a washand basin in the room.Bedroom 3 is a double room and shares a bathroom and a separate toilet with bedroom 4. Twin bedroom 5 and double bedroom 6 also share a bathroom and toilet between them. Because of its size bedroom 6 could easily become a twin by the introduction of a additional single bed.There is a further toilet on the ground floor. A very attractive terrace outside overlooking the landscaped gardens make a grteat place for guests to meet and relax. There is a large parking area to to the side of the house provides more than adequate parking for guests cars.

Souligné-Flacé  - Le Mans
Less than 15mins drive from Le Mans and circuit La Belle Fontaine has been recently converted into a superb self contained country coach house residence. Part of a XV century manor makes it an ideal base for the Race and always very popular with our guests. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and the bathrooms just some of the features of this property. Accommodation comprises four bedrooms, two ensuite and the other two sharing a large bathroom and shower and separate toilet. There are two further bedrooms located on a private floor in the adjacent manor. There is a large comfortable lounge for guests to relax in and impressive dinning and kitchen areas. The secluded attractive gardens house a large swimming pool and overlook open countryside. Highly
recommended.

Rouez en Champagne - nr Conlie
The Abbaye de Champagne is a X11 century abbey nestling in a quiet country spot close to the village of Conlie and no more than 20mins from Le Mans. More suited for those with a small budget in mind the Abbaye, a typical Chambres d’Hôte, comprises of 3 Nos traditional French period styled ensuite double rooms in the abbaye and nine ensuite double/twin rooms in the converted outbuildings. Simple but comfortable furnishings are used in the annex and many rooms are capable of accommodating up to four persons. Guest have the use of a small swimming pool in the grounds. Pierre. Marie Annickand family are always on hand to ensure an enjoyable visit. The Abbaye noted for it’s use of the localproduce and excels in traditional French cuisine which is why we host our celebration banquet there.

Mont St Jean - nr Sillé-le-Guillaume
Charming cottage in a secluded country location Les Appréts is ideal for a small group of guests. Although thirty minutes from the circuit and Le Mans it’s superb location more than outweighs this. The large terrace infront of the cottage overlooking open countryside is an ideal place to relax and have a cool beer or glass of wine. The house is as you would expect furnished in French cottage style. Accommodation consists of two twin bedded rooms, a room with twin beds and a double bed and a double room.

Coulans - nr Le Mans
Château de Coulans, home of the De Beaucourt family is an impressive château near to the village of Coulans and convenient for Eporcé and many of our other properties. It is just 15 mins drive fromLe Mans and the circuit.  Set in extensive grounds the château is approached via a half mile long drive. There are twelve bedrooms within the château, many ensuite and a further three in a very attractive apartment adjacent which also has a dinning room and a cosy lounge.  The château as you would expect is furnished in classic French style. Guests will be given a personal welcome by the family making it another unique opportunity to combine your
visit to Le Mans with a truly memorable and informal experience staying in a grand French château complete with outdoor swimming pool and beautiful grounds.

Souvre - nr Le Mans
La Chapellerie is a popular choice with our clients. Once a monks residence and originally part of a château which no longer exists, it is just minutes away from Châteaux of Eporcé and Renaudiere. The relaxed atmosphere and comfortable accommodation are a feature of this country house. The accommodation comprises of a large apartment with lounge and a mezanine floor with four single
beds. Separately located in the house there are two double rooms with shared bathroom, a suite containing a double and a twin room linked with bathroom and three ensuite twin rooms one of which is on the ground floor and another in the outbuldings. The charming resident owners are great hosts and keen to ensure you are well cared for during your stay. Both speak fluent English but you can still pratice your French.

Domfront en Champagne  - Le Mans
Less than 15mins easy drive to Le Mans and overlooking typical open French countryside Le Grand Gaigne has a relaxed friendly ambience. On the outskirts of Domfront en Champagne village this attractive stone built country home of a French titled family has six comfortable twin or double bedrooms within the main building, some with ensuite bath or shower facilities. The Grange, a recently converted barn in the grounds offers a further six superb ensuite bedrooms, two of which are  linked to form a family or group room. The Grange has a fitted kitchen and large lounge. Guests when not visiting the circuit or surrounding countryside can simply relax in the extensive grounds enjoying swimming in the large outdoor pool.

Ruillé en Champagne  - nr Le Mans
Set on a secluded French country hillside less than 20mins drive to Le Mans Moné is a traditional converted French farm and hugely popular with our guests. The simple yet comfortable bedrooms can accommodate between two and six persons with shared toilets / shower facilities. Outside are two tiny bedrooms in a round house and also two self contained cottages each having a  kitchen /
dinning area, bathroom and bedroom with a double and single bed. Breakfast is served in the impressive dinning hall and guests invited to use the courtyard barbecue facility contributing to the unique relaxed atmosphere Moné generates.

Amné nr Le Mans
Set in asecluded French countryside near the tiny village of Amné Bois Simon is a converted French traditional farm building embracing simple and yet comfortable accommodation. A log burning fire is a feature of the large lounge which is linked to the well equipped modern kitchen. The rear patio has a BBQ and panoramic views of the local countryside. For the energetic there is a large games room with table tennis and other such games to keep you occupied. Accommodation consists of a double ensuite bedroom plus an extra separate toilet, wash hand basin and shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a double, a double with single and one with three single beds served by a large bathroom with bath, shower and dual wash hand basins. Bois Simon is ideal for a small group of friends seeking to enjoy a real French country retreat whilst visiting the 24Hrs.

Tennie - nr Le Mans
Vauplet is a new addition to our property portfolio and surely to become a big favourite. The house is spaceous and beautifully furnished to very high standard including the bedrooms and bathrooms. Located in the little village of Tennie only 20 mins from the circuit and with Château Eporcé lying in between makes it an ideal choice. The secluded well maintained gardens to the rear add to the attraction of this country retreat. Accommodation comprises of a beautiful large lounge and dining room plus three excellent bedrooms each having an allocated bathroom. Vauplet is the ideal choice for a small group of friends.
